Opened at 11 and I got there at 11:05. Was greeted and sat. The table i was sat at was dirty, sticky and still had rice from the day before on it. As I looked around all the tables still had debris on them. The place was dusty and the line area where the food was wasn't clean either. I was the only one in the place eating but it took almost 30 min to get my food. The chicken was over cooked and dry and my bell peppers were burnt. The rice had hard spots where it was still frozen and because it was all mixed together it wasn't very good. As I had said I was the only one there but my waitress was also the cook so service was slow. I don't recommend this establishment at this time. To high priced, not clean, not good service and not a good atmosphere. Sorry I really like genghis but this was not a good experience.

This was my first time in this restaurant and first things that I noticed it was not very clean kids high chair. It was nasty to touch, how can I sit my child in it? It was kinda sticky. I wiped it with my own wet wipes. I hope administration will give a good scrub to high chairs for little ones. Another thing is not very clean bathroom. just look at the photos that I will upload. Food wasn't bad. It's very nice option to be able to make your own bowl and people are making them literally overflowing sooo definitely make your own bowl. Choice of sauces is great! Kids meal (it was meat with noodles) wasn't good at all! It was dry and noodles were more like hay. Dry and tasteless. And Amount of food your child will get is just ridiculous. It's very small! Service was okay. The only thing we didn't like about service that our server never refilled our cups. Restaurant wasn't full, it wasn't busy and he never came to our table until we were tired of waiting and called him to ask for water refill. I will keep this restaurant in my take out list. Prices are not very cheap in comparison with the cleanliness and service we experienced at the restaurant.

Food was immaculate!! Service, not so much. Had a new waitress in training and her trainer left early and she pretty much left us hanging. Thank goodness for the other young lady and stepped up even tho we weren't in her section.

I LOVE this place! No where else can you get so much FAST HOT FRESH food, for a great price!!! You pile fresh ingredients in your bowl and they cook them on a giant grill with whatever sauces and spices you choose. They also have amazing white sauce to dip in. I've never had a bad experience here.

This is a mostly a gather it yourself and they cook it on a big hibachi grill type place. It's a bit pricey, $40 for two medium bowls, and a short beer. I can't really complain about the flavor, since I'm the one who decided what went on it... but it really wasn't very flavorful. The table was sticky, had to ask the waitress to clean it, and even then, it was still sticky. The floors were so bad that you had to pull your feet up from them. The stalls in the bathroom only had paper on top of the holders, none in it. Waitress was okay, not overly attentive, but didn't ignore us either. We don't live local, but if we did, this would not be a place we would frequent.
